Hillside Apartment – 3 Guests
Spacious and welcoming, this studio is ideal for a couple with a child or a small group of friends.
It includes a double bed and a single bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, private bathroom, air conditioning and heating, and free Wi-Fi.
The private outdoor area, with table and chairs, offers a peaceful corner to unwind and enjoy the atmosphere of the island at your own pace.
La Quercia – Villa Olivia Dependance
More independence, with Villa Olivia close by
La Quercia is our separate dependance for two guests, located approximately 500 metres from Villa Olivia. The 24 m² studio features a separate kitchen and a private balcony overlooking the sea and the surrounding vineyards.
Guests staying at La Quercia also have access to the pools and outdoor areas at Villa Olivia. Please note that the walk to the Villa is uphill and La Quercia is reached by three flights of stairs.

A garden-level mini suite, available from June to September, featuring two bedrooms, each with private bathroom and direct access to a large enclosed terrace shaded by a sail.
There is no air conditioning – only fans – but the natural freshness of the garden and the shaded patio create a pleasantly cool retreat on warm summer days.
The spacious outdoor area, equipped with a table and chairs for al fresco dining, plus a deckchair and a sun umbrella, invites you to unwind surrounded by greenery and peace.

At Villa Olivia in Forio d’Ischia, swimming pools are part of a slower way of living.
Surrounded by Medietrranean greenery, each pool offers a different atmosphere: from quiet moments in the sun to relaxing hydro-massage experiences immersed in nature.
The seasonal indoor pool is ideal during spring and autumn, while the seasonal outdoor pool invite guests to slow down, breathe deeply and enjoy the peaceful rhythm of the garden.

Where we are
Villa Olivia is located slightly uphill, in a quiet and strategic position, about 15 minutes on foot from the centre of Forio and from Chiaia beach, a few minutes by cat or scooter.
Surrounded by greenery, it offers a peaceful atmosphere with views over the sea and the surrounding hills, while remaining close to local life and services.
Le Dimore are located about 500 metres further uphill from Villa Olivia, in an even more secluded and peaceful setting.
This gentle elevation provides fresher air, softer light throughout the day and a deeper sense of quiet, while staying well connected.
The seafront, restaurants and shops of Forio can be reached in less than 7 minutes by car, and a bus stop nearby connects the area to Forio, Citara Bay and other parts of the island.
Private Parking
Both Villa Olivia and Le Dimore offer private, unattended parking within the property.
Please let us know in advance if you need a parking space, so we can organise availability and welcome you smoothly.
